Join our expert foragers at Fore Adventure in Studland for a coastal foraging taster session. Learn your edible sea vegetables and seaweeds, discover their health benefits and find out how you can use these ingredients in recipes to bring a taste of the wild to your plate.
Fore Adventure have been running foraging courses in Studland for over 13 years so are best placed to teach you how to sustainably forage, what grows during each season and most importantly the plants to avoid!
