Hi, I'm Sara and I'd like to encourage you to step away from the chaos of everyday life and let me guide you through a relaxing afternoon in a gorgeous hidden woodland. I'm offering a forest bathing taster session at a discounted rate as part of the fabulous Planet Purbeck Festival - and I know this is something you'll enjoy.

We’ll let go of the outside world and your everyday challenges. We’ll breathe in the forest air, slow down and experience the forest and nature through all our senses. As your mood changes, you’ll notice the variety of scents, the sounds of birds, the breeze rustling the leaves. You’ll be able to explore textures, whilst being soothed by the special qualities of this tranquil space. We’ll embrace the season of Autumn, and the changes it brings. You’ll leave feeling restored, relaxed and glad you made the time to immerse yourself and reconnect with nature.

This is an adults only walk (no dogs), and there are just 10 places available, to enhance the experience for everyone.

We'll be walking a short distance of up to 1 km within the woodland. For your comfort, please wear appropriate clothing, and bring something to sit or lie on. You may also wish to bring a drink.

I will send out joining information to all participants a few days before the event takes place.
