You'll slow down and have a chance to try some guided mindfulness exercises on this special workshop. You'll feel super calm and relaxed afterwards, and all the things you learn, you'll be able to try out again on your own afterwards. Give it a go!
Come along on this relaxing and sensory walk, and find out about the health benefits of forest bathing. We'll be in a group but you will be trying some guided mindfulness exercises in your own space. Together we'll explore a stunning woodland, and focus on slowing down and appreciating the seasonal nature around us. Forest bathing simply means immersing yourself in nature, no swimming is involved! I'll tell you about the background of the practice and we'll give it a go together.
We'll probably walk around a mile in total off the paths on uneven ground.
