Langton Planet Action in partnership with St George's - Forest school

Forest School experience for families (children to be accompanied) including activities such as: games, listening skills, wildlife identification, craft activities, storytelling, and numbers permitting, an introduction to Forest School fire-lighting skills.

A Forest School is a nature-based community. A range of activities is provided for the children, from exploring the woodland, listening to stories, making animal models etc. It creates learner inspired experiences based on exploration and discovery.

Access: No vehicular access and very limited disabled access. Location via the School Playing Field opposite St Georges School. Enter gate on opposite side to access the Woodland Trail and Orchard and onto the allotments. For just visiting the allotments, enter via the gate into the field at the bottom of Durnford Drove. Langton Matravers Community Orchard and Woodland Trail, south of the playing field for St George's C Of E Primary School, High Street, Langton Matravers, Swanage, BH19 3HB.
