Come and join members of the Swanage Town Council team who manage and maintain the delightful Green Flag awarded 'Swanage Beach Gardens Sports Park'.

Following the tour we're pleased to offer you a 50% discount on a hot or cold drink of your choice when we cleverly finish back at the 'Tea on the Green' cafe!

The tour will cover:

  • How the Council manages this beautiful facility
  • The wide range of different trees, shrubs & flowers that grow here
  • How all this 'nature' is looked after by the professional Council staff
  • Why some areas are left uncut & others are mown
  • Future plans the Council has for the site

  • Depending on the number of enthusiastic questions the tour will take between 75 - 90mins
  • The tour will be fully accessible - taking place on even ground
  • Toilets available
  • Please dress for the great British weather - this event takes place outdoors
