As we continue to grow, we’re now focused on diversifying our revenue streams and becoming a financially sustainable organisation with a long-term business plan. To achieve this, we’re looking for an income generation consultant to join our team.

Job description:
With exciting times ahead we're seeking a tenacious and experienced Income Generation Consultant who can help us move towards greater financial sustainability.
Key deliverables:
📈 Strategy: develop a slick 3yr plan for income generation
🌟 Initiatives: fundraising campaigns & quirky events, grant writing (focusing on long-term), sponsorship opportunities etc
🗣️ Storytelling: effectively communicating our mission to make a compelling case for funding
Experience we're looking for:
🏆 Proven track record in income generation in the non-profit sector
🌱 Evidence of your talent, innovation & tenacity
🤗 Passionate about community engagement, preferably grassroots
🌿 Bonus points for experience in the nature/environmental sector!
Budget & Timeline:
💰 £15,000 project grant for consultancy and income generation activities
⏰ Project provisional running Dec 23 - March 24. Let's talk specifics in the interview!
The PP Team:
You will work closely with our Delivery Team (Co-leaders & media team) plus our wider team of volunteers will be available to provide advice and funding connections ( they include professional communicators, journalists, film makers and marketers).
